Team Build 2005

An important part of my company's culture is team building. Once a year we get together as a team. We participate in planned and un planned activities. It is a time to get to know each other better and leave our daily work behind us. It is a fun and exciting time. I just got back from a 3 day build with my team. I feel closer and more comfortable with my fellow team leaders. I appreciate the company investing the time and money in allowing us the opportunity to do this. I value my the people I work with. They are such fun loving, hard working, passionate individuals. Each one brings something different to our team and I love them each for it.
